I’ve had this in my kitchen for a few months now & have been really happy with it so far… It’s really versatile & seems to be holding up great. And you can’t beat the price!This item was delivered very fast, packaged beautifully; with incredibly well written instructions (in a ziplock) right on top! I will still give the seller 5 stars! This product would have also been a 5 star review as the quality of the faucet seemed to be high end and yet the price was low. . . So initially my expectations were exceeded!I do a lot of hand washing & tend change from spray to stream quite a bit … after about 2 weeks I noticed the button that switches the spray flow was feeling loose … 2 days later it completely fell off when I tried to push it. I loved everything about this one so much that I hoped maybe I just got a defective one (although i never really liked the way the button felt from the start), but after I went back & found other reviewers that said the same thing happened to them , i decided to go with a different brand. After a hour of searching I found 1 that toggles up & down (to change stream) instead of a button that only goes in and out and struggles to work with the inside mechanism.Likes: Nice smooth finish. Powerful spray. Smooth movement. Looks nice. Has a good weight to it. Easy to install with just me, but I would recommend you support it somehow (I used a block in between the head & my sink divider) & make sure the faucet lever is at the 3 o'clock position before tightening the screws.Dislikes: hangs barely a couple inches above the sink (so I just don't put it in the holder unless I need it out of the way...it raises a couple inches). Installation was easy, EXCEPT as you can see in the 2nd photo, the supplied, and specifically designed for the faucet lines (male with dual o-rings) are TOO SHORT!I have standard American height countertops with raised bases (home built in 2001) with connectors near the bottom. 27.5" is NOT long enough! Need 31"+. Not all supply lines come out of the walls 4" off of the bottom, as this sink backs to an open bar L-shaped counter with only drywall (open concept kitchen).Had to wait until the next day (Lowe's closed at 8pm...I realized this at 8:20pm, so no water to my sink or dishwasher) to get a 3/8" female to 3/8" male compression end braided line (throw out the nut & brass compression ring) and plenty of Teflon tape.Also, the supplied lines cannot be tightened other than by hand inside the faucet base. I would recommend NOT put the threaded brass connector on until the lines are tightened by hand, as tight as possible, with plenty of Teflon tape. Then thread them through and tighten (I also put Teflon tape on the faucet end of the threaded brass tube).Overall, measure, buy extra lines (you'll probably need it, so 2 lines per hot & cold), and use Teflon tape (NOT included).I had a 20 dollar off coupn too, so not bad for 50 bucks. We will see how long it lasts. Faucets usually only last 2-5 years anyways. I wouldn't say this is "industrial."I have had no leaks.Inwas so happy to get this, reasonable price really easy to install. Iv had it for 1 week an the button on the handle broke. My husband hated the one we had because it was spray mode. An it's stuck on spray mode. I'm so disappointed. There was soap good reviews for this an I was so excited. Now I'm going to have to order a new fact an return it.Well made easy installThis beautiful faucet is an amazing product, especially for the price!! Not only is it extremely stylish and perfect in our modern farmhouse white kitchen, but it works perfect! The faucet easily switches between the rain style & single stream option with a press of the button, the handle comes off of the holder with ease to have more freedom to wash around the sink to easily clean bigger items, and also helps to clean out all corners of the sink.I can’t stress how beautiful it looks in our brand new kitchen! Everyone who sees it , thinks it’s an expensive designer faucet, and the best part is that it functions like one too. Definitely recommend 100%!Si me gusto muchoLooks amazing and very well built..
