Dried Chervil Leaf is a culinary herb with a delicate, anise-like flavor. It is a great addition to fish, poultry and egg dishes. To use Dried Chervil Leaf, add it to your dish early in the cooking process to allow its flavor to infuse. Be sure to give your dried herbs a bit of a crush with your hands before using to release their flavor. Dried Chervil Leaf can also be added to sauces, dressings and marinades for a subtle, herbaceous taste.
