Bought this to replace an older panel. Fairly easy to install if you are familiar with panel install and basic plumbing is already in place. Instructions sucked! The fittings inside of the unit leaked, so make sure you check every single one of them before you install it. Had to take it off, tighten everything and reinstall. Second install discovered LED temp display doesn't work. It lights up, shows length in shower but the temp doesn't change from 0 at anytime no matter what. Took it off again and checked the wiring which seems to be fine.The panel spray components all come on at once...ALL of them, there is no adjusting between them.The panel is fairly short without much space between the top novel and showerhead. For a shorter person this means the body spray will hit them in the face rather than their back. Not a lot of spray pressure either. The shower fall itself is great and so far the lighting is working.The hand spray is a worthless piece of plastic. I will most likely replace it with a better one.Not happy with the unit overall, may move it to a second bath and replace with one that works better.Really nice. I would’ve given 5 starts but I wish that you could use 2 of the water settings at once. Other than that, the water pressure is great. The water warms up pretty quickly. It looks really nice in my renovated shower.The instructions included with the product are worthless. Operating instructions aren't even available. The diagrams fail to provide measurements of any kind, so be prepared to re-do your work till you get it right. Despite a bunch of diagrams and pictures none of them mention anything that needs to be considered in preparation for the installation, like supply line placement. Considering that the supply lines have to connect in a very small space, any failure to account for this when doing the set-up plumbing and you'll be removing wall tiles to correct for it. What should be a fairly simple installation process the lack of any measurements makes it a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this to any DIY's and it's going to be an expensive install for the rest of us. Forget about the video's as they sped up the process and provide none of the info you require. If I hadn't tossed out all the packing material this would be on it's way back.Great looking and seem to work really well, but the install was a pain in the a** because the unit would not slide over both sleeves very well.I would give it negative stars if amazon allowed it!! Absolute waste of money! This was installed as part of a bathroom upgrade!! So, significant amount of that money is wasted in addition to the cost of this product!!1. Horrible water mixture. It throttles water volume by approximately 75% so it has about 25% of what it should be. Its like a trickle compared to the other two showers in the house!!2. Horrible design allows only one mode at a time!! So the hand shower cannot be used along with the over head shower!3. The temperature control is horrible, its one tiny change and ice cold water, or searing hot water!!4. The Lcd screen died in 4 days of its life!! It still makes some sound at random times, and the screen and lights come up for a fraction of a second startle me, before they die again!!5. Changing mode requires to cycle through other modes so one gets sprayed with cold water briefly before you get to your desired setting!!All in all, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Worst part is replacing it now is a very expensive proposition!! It could require opening up the new wall (depending on the new model)Update 28 Apr 2022 :After I wrote this review, FUZ Customer support emailed me to work on the problem. I update the rating to consider the additional fact that customer support were genuinely interested in trying to help find a solution to the problem in my and their constraint. They were really persistent in their desire to find a possible solution ( we exchanged over a dozen emails in that pursuit) ! I would give Customer Support 5 stars just for their effort alone. Thanks FUZ customer support.Is a wonderful shower. Enjoying a lot. One question is there is a way to increase the water flow/pressure. I will love to have more pressure like 50 to 60 psi.ThanksFor some reasons the lights only work for a week, I purchase this item last year December and just finished renovation and install on late March 2022.
