Meet Great Jones. The name Great Jones is an homage to Judith Jones, a cookbook author and editor who championed the work of Julia Child, Edna Lewis, and James Beard, among many others. She treated her cookware like art. It’s also a nod to New York City — which we’re proud to call home.
