First off... This does not advertise it is CBD so anyone that says it is not CBD and gives it a bad review is misleading and did not read. IT IS NOT CBD it is Hemp Oil. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME!I started off with a different Hemp Oil. Initially, it was a lot and very powerful but after 3 solid weeks of using it, I started noticing I was not sleeping as easy and the relaxing feeling I felt initially was gone. It still continued to help with anxiety. I also found I was quickly going through the bottle.I then found the New Age... I have to say within ten minutes my body started relaxing. I had been working on facial masks for 8 hours straight so my neck and right shoulder was very stiff and hurt a little. It has been now 20 minutes and I feel relaxed.Full disclosure I went 2 full days with no Hemp Oil and by the end of the second day my anxiety was full swing, so I can definitely say Hemp Oil helps with anxiety and relaxation.It has now been 35 minutes and the stiffness and soreness are 90% gone. With that said after living a holistic life for nearly 10 years as well as a licensed massage therapist, I do not feel Hemp Oil taken by mouth will help all pain especially if it is a result of severe trauma. I also read some were complaining they were no longer sleeping well. Please keep in mind that B Vitamins give you energy. So as you build up the oil in your system your also building up the B Vitamins. I would not recommend Hemp Oil to be taken just before bed. I would highly recommend first thing in the morning and with lunch by the time you're ready to go to bed you should be ready to sleep comfortably and throughout the night.If used under the tongue and let it sit for 3 minutes you will get the most absorption possible and once you swallow there is no bad after taste like some of the competitors.It has now been 52 minutes and I feel 100% relaxed, but a little too much energy still. But my range of motion in my shoulder is back 85%I recommend this Hemp Oil for anxiety, stiff muscles/joints, and relaxation. Take in the morning and afternoon but not just before bed.With any holistic supplement, it needs to have time to build in your system. This is not an overnight remedy so if you are expecting immediate results or get the results of someone else you are wasting your time.I think the first thing that should be mentioned is this is NOT a THC bearing product. This is one of the reasons I bought this. I researched hemp seed oil and wanted to see how this Omega 3 & 6 oil would help me, especially on the sleep end of the spectrum. Prior to using this I was taking melatonin every night and could not sleep without it. This product has allowed me to reduce my melatonin use to one or two days a week. I sleep more restfully and my overnight anxiety attacks have reduced as well. I have also observed my snoring has reduced (which likely is behind some of my sleep and subsequent anxiety issues.) Other than that, I've not observed a reduction in pain or inflammation. Maybe a higher concentration would help but I promised myself to tap out at 3000mg. I started lower to see what would work. I'll continue observing how I feel but, ultimately, it did assist with the sleep which was the msin reason for purchase. The flavor is pleasant and the droppers seem to have been upgraded since my first purchase of this item. They are better at pulling up the oil. These come packaged well and have had no issues with breaking. It's been in single digits or lower on both deliveries so far and I've not seen an impact on the hemp seed oil. Good stuff. 4 stars because I was hoping for a pain impact, too.I like it. The flavor is good, but I'm not sure how much it has helped my personal issue with headaches, migraines and anxiety, among other things (I suffered a traumatic brain injury several years ago and willing to try anything to help with my issues from it). It does seem to have a good calming effect I suppose and I like the taste (it's hard to get past the texture of the oils sometimes, so finding a decent flavor is key).I was searching for some natural pain relief. I tried many varieties of CBD and Hemp oil. The CBD was too cost prohibitive for me so I couldn't try it long enough to actually tell whether it was effective. Then I got around to giving this very affordable (by comparison) "NEW AGE" 3000mg hemp oil. I've been using it for a good year and a half. The results for me are extremely positive. It took about a month of taking it for me to feel any results, but when I did, it was life changing. I can pop out of bed with no joint pain and what it does for my back is still almost too good to believe. If I forget to take it for a few days, I am reminded with horrible inflammation in my back. So, I take it daily again and I feel great in a few days. I have even tried a different brand that supposedly was a higher concentration (5000mg). It was crap. My back was so inflamed, I could hardly walk. I trashed it and ordered the NEW AGE hemp oil again and a week later I was fine again. I realize I will probably have to take this for the rest of my life, but at least it is available and it definitely works for me. My body feels about 20 years younger.
