I tried this in my water-&-essential-oil heater aroma therapy unit that evaporates the mix into the room.It worked immediately, first night, to clear my head for all night sleeping. Provided a full clearing of my sinus that otherwise will load up pressure and give me a headache every night.The two capfuls I used may be too much lavender smell for some, and me, so I added some menthol chips to the mix. One capful will be enough for some people I expect.
