HOW TO USE Diffusing 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner. Creates a refreshing and cleansing atmosphere. Helpful for coughs and colds. Massage blend up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Helps calm the body and mind. Use with caution on sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin. Skin blend 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for the face, 5 drops per 10ml for the body. Not recommended for use on sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin. In the bath 4-6 drops per 20 ml of blending oil. Add to bath water and swirl to disperse. Not recommended for those with sensitive skin

Have returned to buy another couple of bottles - I use in my diffuser but also in my foot soak with Epsom salts. It's wonderfully uplifting and cleansing - the fragrance is just incredible.I love tea tree by Tisserand but this one is perfect if you enjoy more of a citrus fragrance.
