Small Batches Cooking We prepare our Thyme Avocado Oil in same batches ”2 quarts” to make sure each batch taste the same no matter if you buy it today or a year later. We cook our Garlic Avocado Oil infused on 150 degrees for 10 hours. Once finished cooking we let it cool to room temperature then we pack and sealed it to lock in the freshen.
